Returns and exchanges must be unopened, in original packaging, and in resalable condition with proof of purchase. A receipt under your customer profile serves as proof. You can return items for 30 days for a refund to the original payment method. Large cash returns will be given as a check within 3 business days. For up to 60 days, you can exchange items for store credit. Without proof of purchase, no returns or exchanges are allowed. After 60 days, no returns or exchanges are accepted.
