  • Returns and exchanges must be unopened, in original packaging, and in resalable condition with proof of purchase. A receipt under your customer profile serves as proof. You can return items for 30 days for a refund to the original payment method. Large cash returns will be given as a check within 3 business days. For up to 60 days, you can exchange items for store credit. Without proof of purchase, no returns or exchanges are allowed. After 60 days, no returns or exchanges are accepted. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

    • Fuel parts and electrical parts

    • Ammunition

    • Fishing rods

    • Custom items (chain, fuel hose, rope, saw chain, fishing line, latex tubing)

    • BB guns, pellet guns, airsoft guns

    • Fuel of any kind

    • Safety products (life jackets, flares, re-arming kits, air horns)

    • Climbing gear (saddles, carabiners, helmets)

    • Undergarments (base layers, boxers)

    • Clearance or discounted items

    • Orange-tagged items

    • Special orders

    • Serialized items (engines, generators, trailers, power equipment, firearms)

  • As your local outdoor store, we promise to offer the best gear at the lowest prices. If you find the same brand and model in stock at another local store, we will match their price. This excludes clearance, promotional, or auction items and must include all extra costs like shipping and handling. To get a price match, you need:

    1. An RMI Outdoors customer profile.

    2. Proof of the competitor’s price.

    3. The item in stock at both stores.

    4. A regular-priced item only.

    5. Approval from the department manager.
